Failure to follow instructions

If you don’t follow the instructions exactly 100%, you can get an inaccurate result. Sometimes if you wait too long after taking a test, there can be an evaporation line that can look like a positive test result. There are other reasons that failing to follow instructions can end in an inaccurate test.

Diluted urine

If you don’t use the most concentrated urine, sometimes your urine can be diluted, and that can cause a really faint line on a pregnancy test. For the best and most accurate results, make sure to always use the first morning urine when you test.
