Sarah and Benn Ward tried for a long time (over a year!) to get pregnant with their son, Freddie. It took a very long time to get pregnant, so only four weeks after Freddie’s birth, Sarah and Benn decided to start trying again, thinking that once again, it would take a long time.
They couldn’t have been more wrong. When little Freddie was 8 weeks old, Sarah got a positive pregnancy test. As if that wasn’t enough to rattle a brand new mama, after going to the doctor, the couple was absolutely shocked to find out that they were in fact expecting TRIPLETS!
They will have to also bring the triplets home to the little house, because they can’t get a bigger house until their babies come home! Can you imagine how cozy that little house is going to be?
We have to say that Miss Sarah is going to be one busy mama! Sarah and Benn are very excited to welcome their three new bundles of joy, even though they are currently strapped for cash and live in a one bedroom house. She will be changing more than 40 diapers a day, and making up to 20 bottles!
Sarah is already pumping breast milk to store for when the triplets arrive, and stocking up on baby clothes! Sarah is now 25 weeks pregnant, and she plans to deliver when she is 34 weeks along! Little Freddie will only be nine months old when the triplets arrive!
We just can not imagine the incredible emotions that this couple is going through with all of these changes in their lives! Sarah said it best: ‘I can’t believe I’ve gone from thinking I will never be a mum to giving birth to a perfect family in under a year.’ Congrats to this happy little (soon to be BIG!) family!
