A Royal family vacation

Can you imagine going on a family vacation with these three? Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince George are headed for Austrailia and New Zealand for three weeks in mid-April. In his first “royal engagement” Prince George is expected to attend several of his parent’s outings, “dependent on his mood”, naturally! Claim Your 20 Free Pregnancy Tests – Click Here

The couple are expected to bring along one nanny to help with the little guy while on their trip. Oh, and Kate is expected to have at least one hairdresser and 32 outfit changes coming along as well!

Busy bees

The trio’s itinerary has already been planned out! The royal couple (and royal baby!) will be quite busy, as the plans look to be very full! The royals will start their tour in New Zealand on April 7, visiting seven of the island country’s cities including Wellington, Blenheim, Auckland, Hamilton and Cambridge, Dunedin, Queenstown, and Christchurch.

On April 16, they will move on to Australia, visiting six cities including Sydney, Blue Mountains, Brisbane, Uluru, Adelaide, and Canberra. Whew! As if that wasn’t enough, their plans for the trip include 48 different engagements, including a 50 mph white water ride and a yacht race between Kate and Will! How adorable!

Queen Elizabeth had to grant special permission for George to come along with Will and Kate, since direct heirs to the throne are not normally allowed to fly together. The trip will mark the first time that the little Prince has been seen publicly since his christening in October 2013.

First trip for Kate

The royal family is extremely excited for this trip, especially Kate, since this will be her first time visiting these countries. Miguel Head, the Private Secretary for the Duke Of Cambridge, told reporters that Kate was really looking forward to the trip:

“The Duchess has never visited either country, so this is a chance for her to meet the people of New Zealand and Australia for the first time,” Head said. “The Duke last visited New Zealand in March 2011, shortly after the devastating earthquake in Christchurch. During the same visit, he also went to Victoria and Queensland in Australia, which had been very badly affected by natural disasters. So, for the couple, this visit represents a wonderful opportunity on the one hand for The Duke to deepen his personal relationship with, and admiration for, New Zealand and Australia; and on the other, for the Duchess to experience some of the extraordinary warmth and hospitality for which the people of both countries are renowned the world over.”

How fun! We can’t wait to follow the royals on their trip, and especially see what Kate will wear and how much Prince George has grown!
